SimpleWear: Control Your Phone from Your WearOS Device
SimpleWear is a free Android app developed by Simple App Projects that allows you to control certain functions on your phone from your WearOS device. The app needs to be installed on both your phone and your WearOS device in order to work.
With SimpleWear, you can view your phone's connection status, battery status (battery percentage and charging status), Wi-Fi status, mobile data connection status, and location status. Additionally, you can toggle Bluetooth on and off, turn the flashlight on and off, lock your phone, set the volume level, and switch Do not Disturb mode (Off/Priority Only/Alarms only/Total Silence) and Ringer mode (Vibrate/Sound/Silent).
The app also allows you to control music playback from your watch, and it has SleepTimer and Tile support. However, certain features require permission to be enabled, such as camera (required for flashlight), Do not Disturb access (required to change Do not Disturb mode), device admin access (required to lock phone from watch), pair phone with watch from app (required on Android 10+ devices), and notification access (for media controller).
